welcome back. here's a look at some of the local headlines we're following. senator ben cardin will be on the eastern shore today talking more about health care reform. yesterday, the senator hosted his second town hall meeting in hagerstown with a relatively controlled yet cautious crowd. cardin is not done pushing health care just yet. he plans to meet with more marylanders over the next couple of weeks. 59-year-old miss shirley folkes is back in her cherry hill home after a stray bullet blew through a window frame and lodged in her chest. it happened tuesday night after she returned home from collecting school supplies. miss shirley says she's even more committed to helping neighborhood children and that brings hope and inspiration to other community activists. they are planning a peace march and rally outside her home tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. constellation energy is helping to make baltimore cleaner and greener. mayor sheila dixon announced
